Coating service "ta-C film"

High hardness variable film thickness! ta-C thin films using nano film FCVA technology.

Nano Film Technologies Japan's FCVA technology can produce ta-C (tetrahedral amorphous carbon) films (a level above DLC) with excellent uniformity and quality. ta-C has an amorphous structure of sp3 and sp2 bonds and does not contain hydrogen. The ta-C thin films produced by Nano Film's FCVA technology contain approximately 40-85% sp3 bonds. 【Features】 - High hardness - Variable film thickness - Low surface energy, excellent adhesion, excellent non-adhesion - Low wear rate, low friction coefficient (high contact angle) - Easy peelability (via RIE process) For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Technical Introduction: "High Durability Hydrophilic Coating Technology"

By applying invisible micro-processing to the lens surface, we provide a highly durable hydrophilic function!

"High-durability hydrophilic coating that ensures clear visibility" In recent years, sensing cameras for autonomous driving, driver assistance cameras, and surveillance cameras have become widespread. As a result, high-durability hydrophilic coatings that maintain clear visibility even in rainy conditions have become increasingly important. Traditionally, many hydrophilic coatings are hydrophilic immediately after film formation, but gradually lose their hydrophilicity over time. Meeting all the environmental resistance requirements of high temperature, high humidity, and abrasion is a challenging task. To address this issue, we created fine surface roughness on a hard inorganic surface that is resistant to abrasion and incorporated sodium elements that are strong against high temperature and humidity. Additionally, by imparting a photocatalytic effect that decomposes dirt, we keep the surface clean. This new hydrophilic film provides clear visibility without water droplets even during rainy weather. Please feel free to contact us for any inquiries or consultations.
